Deer Management Meeting: a meeting to discuss deer
bow hunting on Huntington Hills garden plots (just off Spring Valley).
The original email from Stephen
Greive follows:
Dear
Fellow Residents,
With the help and cooperation of
Supervisor Bello, his secretary, Rebecca Merrill, Police Chief Tantalo,
Officer Mike McCaughney, Head of Wildlife for the NY DEC, Arthur
Kirsch, and Robert Kiley of the town of Irondequoit; we have a forum to
discuss deer management issues at the town hall at 9am Thursday,
January 7, 2016. I expect all or most of these individuals to be
in attendance. I have been asked to inform you of this
forum. Please contact me if you plan to attend, so that they can
plan for the proper room. Your questions and comments should be
concise as we may only have an hour or so of the participants
time. Remember that this is a forum to discuss some difficult
issues. It may take some time for those in authority to meet and
come up with solutions. I believe that this forum is the best way
to start the process. All points of view need to be heard and
respected.
Thank You, Stephen A. Greive
